I have recently started a weightloss contest at work with some colleagues, but want to up the anti with this as well!
(Gotta look good for Halloween and the Holidays!)
Since i started at my office job, straight out of college, 3 years ago, I have noticed consistant weight gain and have not been able to shake it. I started at my job at around 140 pounds and am up to 169 as of last week. I would love to drop the 30 pounds I have gained since I've been at work, and tone up to look and feel good again!
I am determined to become a morning person, a jogging enthusiast, and a nutrition nut once again!
