I am 38 years old.  I have been married for 17 years and have 4 children.  About 7 years ago I decided to get myself fit.  I counted my calories and worked out daily.  For 3 years I was very committed to it.  I went from 206lbs to 155 in a little over a year.  Then I got pregnant with my 4th.  I stayed fairly active and didn't gain too much with her.  For some reason after I had her I slowly let it go.  I maintained at about 190lbs until the beginnning of this summer.  I got busy, we ate out a lot, I didn't make time to exercise.  I now find myself looking at the scale topping over 200 again.  (210 on 9/09/2014)  I am hoping this challenge is what I need to re-ignite my motivation to become a healtier me!
