My favorite line of that post was, "Try to spend at least 2 early mornings a week at the beach to do stretching. Helps remind me that there is more to life than work." Outside, on the edge of the world... on the cusp of the sea... THAT's healing. Just being outside will do so much for your health. I read recently that morning light makes you thinner.
