Sounds like you are on your way Leslie! Keep up the good work...I know how hard it is get up so early, i'm getting up at 5 am during the week to get in a good workout before the madness begins - kids waking up, getting ready for school/daycare, making a quick breakfast, getting myself ready for work...oh boy, it's exhausting but have you noticed that when you work out and eat right, you feel way more energized? I do!
