It's amazing how much "mindset" affects our nutrition and exercise -- agree that taking the "right path" is much harder when we're out of "mindfulness" vs when we're in it!
Thankfully, it's possible to get back to being mindful through rote repetition -- actively working on being conscious of / making the right choices until it again is second nature.
