Ok- so here we go. I'm verified, and I have to say that while I have gained weight over the last month or so, I didn't super cringe at my photo.  It's not how I want to look, but at least I'm not 'hating' on myself or feeling so down on how I look, so that's progress, right?

This is the longest stretch of time I've gone without working out regularly. For the past 10 years, with an exception here and there of a week or two, I've worked out 3 to 5 days every week. Sometimes more.  I worked as a swim instructor this summer at a sleep away camp, and made sure I was in good enough shape for the job leading up to June, but once I got to camp, as active as a job as that sounds, I was pretty sedintary. After leaving camp after 6 weeks, I didn't get moving again, and now I wasn't even walking everywhere like I was in camp.  Now this was really sedintary, and I haven't really gotten back into a solid workout routine yet.  I'm working on it though.  Boy, it's true when they say that you don't know what you have until it's gone!  Well, it's gone, but now I'm on my way to getting 'it' back.

I really like the DietBet motivation idea, and that there are possiblities of prizes from Jillian too. I enjoy her DVDs and her podcast is great too.
