I'm so ready for this challenge. I wish we could start today. Do you play this game with yourself too?  Like 'Great! I have until Oct 7th to make whatever decisions I want, and *then* I'll buckle down'.  The goal is to look, feel and BE healthy, yet that little voice keeps saying 'well, why not just 'enjoy' yourself and then you'll take that weight off too once the games begin?'  It's not a good attitude, and I know it will just make me feel that much worse than I do now.  I think I'll just use this time as a pre game conditioning period.

I have been quite active over the last few years, but I've been really off my game tremendously over the past few months, and it just feels yucky!  I like the healthy competative nature of what dietbet seems to be, and I'm intending it to be the motivation I need to get back on track.

 

I'm looking forward to playing along with all of you as well.
