Hi JenA. It's my first DietBet too. I also had a 'whoa' moment on the weigh in scale this morning. BUT- it's 'just' a number, and you and I can make the choices we need to to get to a better feeling place (and number ;). Good luck. Should be an interesting, and hopefully fun and productive ride.
