Eating is more on board than exercise but tonight is family dinner at Cheesecake Factory so that will be a challenge for sure! How about you?

I'm in the same boat...doing much better getting the food/calories going than the exercise. I've met my calorie goal for the last 3 days. I'm down 1.7 lbs per my unofficial weigh-in this morning.
Exercise needs to be my next focus...haven't got it going again yet...but honestly, I'm trying to RE-correct one bad habit at a time. I'm considering starting with stretching and light yoga for a bit before too much more since my body is feeling so tight and cranky from the sedentary ways I've settled back into.
