Survived a couple of hard days last week and feeling back on track and dont have that kind of apetite for too much. Thanks to everyone here that supported me when I was struggling. DB really helped me get throu without loosing my way.
Today is a grey and reiny day. Got my ass to the gym. Preparing for a big event where Im gonna host 4 hours of coachingtraining for 90 people next tewsday. Gah. Never did training with such a big croud. I have no idea if things im preparing is gonna work well with so many. So, im exited and nervous. Postponing a bit but this afternoon i really have to sit down and prepare. No way i can procastinate this more.
