I'm so excited to be joining this challenge! I've been working towards weight loss however find that I need motivation (besides finally looking good in a bathing suit) to stick with a program. I've done pretty much every fad diet but am ready to get healthy by understanding how the foods I eat affect my body mind and spirit. So I've done my grocery shopping and will be using Chris' carb cycling program along with the Live Fit Revolution workouts to help me reach my goal of 4% in 4 weeks! I know we all can do this if we focus and follow through! Good Luck everyone!
