Hi, sorry I didn't see your post until just now. The first one went ok. I lost early, maintained for a little while and then ended up gaining a pound at the end (which was my own fault), but I was happy that I lost in general. Advise - keep a daily food log everyday! Exercise more than you would normally. Cut back on the sodium/salty food a week before weigh in and drink LOTS of water!! WE can do this!!! :)
