Wow, this was so me! I have been a yo yo dieter my whole life. From extremely not eating to binge eating to over working out. I have gone through a big spectrum of weights: 89 lbs at my lowest and 196 lbs at my highest. I have finally found sustainability with counting my macros (iifym) and I do not deprive myself of ANYTHING and I have still been losing weight! Thanks for sharing :)
