Yes....working out makes me hungry! I try to work out in the late afternoon...before dinner....so I'm allowed to eat. You just have to watch what your eating and drink a lot of water! I have been on many diets over the past several years. In 2000, I moved from California to Ohio...I was 100# then....I decided that it must be something in the water here cause I went up to 150# gradually over the years. I was 148# when I stared DietBet in February.....got down to 135-138 and lost focus and motivation again. I was doing a DietBet 10 and lost the last couple months. I decided I like the DietBet4 better because...it keeps me focused---4 weeks at a time! You got this you just need to push yourself, even when you don't think you can!
