I need to move beyond the fear of exercise. I guess it is that I am not motivated to do it but it is also the starting and stopping. If anyone can come up with a good motivation besides having T-Rex chasing us, I would love to hear it!
Today I heard from my doctor that I'm not allowed to exercise for 2 weeks (knee issues) :( But I still would like to be your T-rex if that helps ;) Go go go!
