Hang in there Jennifer. I know your struggles I do. Food for me has always been a psychological problem. I binge and I stress eat like crazy. I had to not diet to lose. Crazy right? Like weight watchers I still eat whatever but if its high in calories I just try to stand firm and eat a smaller portion. If I go over my calories for the day I still eat but I only allow myself veggies w/dip or fruit. Girl! I know its hard as hell! But find what works for you! Good Luck!
