Biking 40-70 km per day here and I know I´m loosing fat (about 1000 cal. deficit) but my weight goes up. I load with carbs after biking for faster recovery and that seem to get put on as more waterweight. This means I may not be able to win this period but thats ok because Im on a good roll and dnt want to mess with it. Carbdeplete or anything like that. Tha fatloss will make me win more in the long run anyway so I´m happy.
