Yeah I had trouble, and then I ate more calorie dense food. My body has adjusted and now I have no problem eating my calories in the 8 hrs and I"m getting more veggies. Like, I did creamed spinach, rice and chicken, a greek salad, some black bean brownies with protein and a protein shake yesterday. I was done in 7 hrs. I'm on 20/8
