All your progress is NOT ruined by 4 slices of pizza. What you choose to do today, tomorrow, and the day after that determines how it affects your progress. I know it must be disappointing to lose a bet, but you still won in that you lost the weight. Keep going and don't beat yourself up about all the food you ate. If you eat horribly one day, but consistently do well all of the other days, you will be okay and your weight won't show a significant spike. Keep it up and don't get discouraged! You can do this! :)
