I used to think like that too, that if I eat pizza I'll gain and my friend wouldn't. But what we don't realize is that those people naturally balance themselves and will eat less the rest of the day/week. Even though it's not consciously, it happens and when we take another pizza, another icecream, another chocolate, they don't or do it less. It's all about balance and I'm sure you won't gain because of these pizza slices. Pick yourself up and keep going, you can do it!
