Today is Veggie Day! Join me...
Today I am challenging myself to eat as many veggies as possible. In my 'system', veggie calories don't count. So you get the added bonus of lots of great nutrients and fiber to reboot your body and fill you up.
So far today I have had a smoothie with: brocollini, carrots, spinach, cucumber, a banana, raspberries, pineapple, chia seends and whey protein powder. (mostly all organic)
I'm also planning to make a lentil veggie soup with carrots, brocollini and cauliflower for lunch.
I'm also going shopping to restock my supplies for the rest of the week.
