I had a great first day on this Dietbet journey! I worked out 30 minutes on the treadmill in intervals and used 3 arm machines for a total of a 45 minute work out. I consumed 91 ounces of water.

I consume most of calories at night, but I was smarter about it.

Breakfast: Coffee + creamer = 50 calories

Special K Breakfast sandwich = 220 calories

Lunch: Tuna sandwich = 220 calories (2 slices of bread & 100 cal tuna pack)

Dinner: 2 soft chicken tacos, small soft taco tortillas, 1/2 C chicken, avocado, 1/2 tomato, 1/3 cup iceberg lettuce, & taco sauce. 675 cal

Dessert: 80 cal Dannon Lite & Fit yogurt and 60 cal K-cup Chai tea. Daily total = 1,255.
