Wow! I don't know about everyone else, but I feel better now than I have in a VERY long time! 2lbs. gone and I feel great about myself. I have been to the gym three days in a row, staying within my calorie range, and drinking 1/2 my weight in water. I also gave up my Diet Cokes about 6 weeks ago; water, tea and coffee is all I drink.

In addition to my treadmill workout, I did kettlebell squats, the ropes, and another exercise I'm not sure of the technical term /what the device is called... bent leg pull-ups towards your upper body in the action.
