Ahhhh Michelle....it is so easy to let one slip turn to another to another and the next thing you know you are beating yourself up over it and feeling regret. It happens and luckily you caught yourself before this repeated itself to completely out of control! I have a bad habit of not planning especially when I am out and about for those hunger pangs that we know will come...eventually. I have started keeping an apple and sometimes even a protein bar (in a pinch) with me just to get me through till I can get home and have a meal that is on plan for me and so that I am not making rash decisions while I feel like I am starving. If I can just get the edge off, I lose the "panic mode" as if there is no more food on the earth! lol I hope you have a wonderful run tomorrow and that your mother inlaw has a speedy recovery! =)
