Great job thus far Jillian! Do you do any weight training? What are you doing for exercise? Maybe if you mix it up a little bit you'll get continued results. I wish you well in your journey.

Thank you! I do weights, abs, everything. I may not be doing enough and my body is used to it, but I have to push past this point I'm at. I do lots of cardio (45 mins-60 mins) every other day, and 20 mins cardio, 30 mins of weights on other days. I did Body Pump classes at my gym (but I haven't been in a while). Thank you so much for the encouragement!
