I agree! One day at a time! But I totally know the feeling! It'll pay off in the end! And I say, make sure you take an hour, a day or even a few minutes to yourself!!!! Sit down and do something you enjoy! You earned it!

Unfortunately Carol, I can't get help with the meal planning. That's how I got overweight to begin with by my hubby planning meals. lol!
