After I wrote my 1st blog here, I got burned out and got a job and pretty much gave this up. Not the best idea. With my work schedule, I couldn't keep up with my exercise and juicing one. I commend those who can and do maintain it with working! Now I've decided to be a busy home-body by working out and juicing again. My weight has started to creep back on me, no thanks to myself. My back hurts, I'm always tired and I'm not eating right. I'm sick of that!!! Time to dust of the ole fitbit and to get myself going again! Taking another shot at this from my current weight of 189.4 to my goal weight of about 120. Wish me luck!

You have proven to yourself that you have the discipline to do this so now that you want it again you will be successful. I will be cheering you on!
