Try taking a super flattering picture of yourself, and do a before/after montage, and hang it somewhere convenient to remind yourself of your progress. Maybe that will help. Or did you think about setting a new goal--maybe not specifically weight related, but a challenge, like to walk a 5k by September in under 45 minutes or something? Something that you will train for, that will encourage you to get healthy and work to keep the weight off, but not make it your primary focus. Just a thought! Best of luck!!!!
