Jillian, I can definitely understand your frustration, but PLEASE DON'T GIVE UP!!! QUITTING IS NOT AN OPTION!!! You've been doing a great job working out, but you have to re-evaluate everything to find the culprit.
1. Are you logging what you eat daily?
2. Are you drinking enough water?
3. You mentioned that you work out M-F doing cardio & weights, & with that being the case, are you eating enough protein??? When lifting weights, you have to increase your protein. Try switching up your routines too.
4. What types of carbs are you eating (mentioned you had some carbs).
5. Are you eating foods with a lot of sodium in it??? You could also be retaining fluids.
6. What about food with sugar? Are you preparing your own meals or are you eating out???
7. Are you stressing about something (besides this)? Stress causes our body to hold on to weight too.
Jillian, these are some of the questions you need to ask yourself. Re-evaluate everything. I hope it works out for you. Good luck!!! :-)
