I read your post by chance and it touched me because I know exactly what you are feeling. It really is frustrating isn't it? When I was eating really fattening food and exercise was 0 my weight didn't go down but it didn't go up either. Now that I'm eating super clean, cardio + weights the lost is so minimal if any and slow (except for last wk cuz I couldn't really eat). Just keep going don't let the evil scale get to you, at the very least you are doing something good for your body and health and the darn thing will eventually move! Hugs best of luck to you!
