Staying Focused Amidst the Clamor of DIETS

Wow!!! Adrienne, great post!!! I agree with Vegan Warrior too!!! :-)

We all try different types of diets because we want results, so I understand where you're coming from. I may try little things here & there to get the scale moving when I'm stuck, but I love doing IF/Paleo diet because it works for me. People will give you all kinds of suggestions/recommendations on what diet to do, but at the end of the day, you have to do what works for you!!! Thanks for sharing!!! LOVE IT!!! :-)

Also, I don't have cheat days either; I have a "treat" meal (maybe once, sometimes twice a month, it depends), & I'm good!!! :-)

i agree adrienne, and actually that was a big lesson: that 'treat meals' are better once or twice a month (like u do) rather than cheat DAYS every week (what i was doing LOL)

Been there; done that. Once I listened to my body (stopped the yo-yo effect of gaining the weight I lost every weekend cheating), I started losing consistently. Also, I feel much better when I do a planned "treat" meal once or twice a month too!!! :-)
