What is an herbal liver cleanse? That doesn't sound very good for you!

In the past I've used Nature's Sunshine brand Tiao He Clense. But my local natural food store recommends ReNew Cleanse Smart or First Cleanse.

Didn't end up getting a cleanse but still might; toying with the idea. I am still losing weight so it's not like I've hit a plateau, so I think I'll just continue what I'm doing now.
