So a week ago Spartan posted a chart showing what exercises plus sets you would need to do after eating certain holiday foods. It was a great chart and I decided I definetly wanted to do it.
When making my workout plan this week I worked in the exercises as well as a 9 min mission for the morning. With the spartan work out it helped me kind of rain myself in on the things I ate. Pretty much if you eat this you will have to do A LOT of something you do not want to do.
Today I woke up and peeled 7lbs of yams and 8 lbs of potatoes then did a 9 min mission, 150 jumping jacks, 90 mtn climbers, 60 squats(30 of them while holding my 20+lb nephew), 20 knee push ups, and took the dog for a 45 min walk/jog. I am physically so tired but happy with myself.
I just hope it shows a lose instead of a gain on the scale.
