Hmmm, interesting. Some interesting studies out there but, realistically, something is keeping you from the interest of long term commitment. You've thought about that. Tracking your food? I got lazy about it myself but it is a shocker when you do and I think a motivational tool. I also think weight watchers is a phenomenally logical program and they frequently have trial 3 month online programs. Check it out. Has to come from you though!
