Stay strong my friend! Not easy, but it is totally doable! You may even order the grilled chicken sandwich (hold the mayo & bacon) and toss all of half of the bun with a side salad vs. fries. Make sure to visit the local farmers markets for seasonal fruits and veggies, which are always great for snacking! Lighter later!
