Good luck with your diet. Are you on the Paleo autoimmune protocol? If so, how is it working with the MS?

Sadly not, the eating disorder has prevented me from limiting my diet to certain foods. The paleo diet is one I'm aiming to try at some point when I have the beast a tad more under control ????
