Super excited because doing this will keep me on track and avoid all the sugar that will cross my path in the next few weeks.  I've been losing weight since last April on my own.  But I've plateaued and am really hoping that doing dietbet will get me thru this plateau!!  Since April I have lost 29lbs!! 

And even if I don't win this game, I know that I will have given it my best.  And avoiding sugar over the holiday will be a HUGE victory.  I've never gone thru Christmas without cookies, candies, etc.  I went thru last Easter with no desserts and candy.  So I know that this is very possible too.

I've started walking with my friend, Christie, who is also doing this challenge with me.  We are walking together 3 times a week which I think will also help burn more calories and help me push towards my goals quicker.

Next thing to introduce into my diet is juiced greens.  I'm not a fan of raw veggies except radishes.  So I will start browsing online for some recipes.
