I'm excited to get into the 'normal' range for my BMI as I reach my goal for this challenge. I'm personally having a little bit of trouble motivating myself with eating small meals again. Thanksgiving break through me off and it takes more food to feel full. I made some personal goals for this month/diet bet. Personal goals: bring back the daily detox tea, small meals, workouts at least 5 days/week, morning meditation, smile, no fruit after 2pm...with room for additions!
I am excited to track my steps each day. Will keep a tab on them and make sure i'm getting in good daily activity in addition to my cardiovascular workouts.
