Got a little off track the past few days, but time to kick into gear again. Started off the day with a great spin class. I made myself a small list of personal things that I want to do during the next 3 weeks here that I think will help not only to lose the weight, but to feed my mind and soul.
- Avoid coffee (the high caffiene levels are making my days rollercoaster with pep, crash, and withdrawal & it's staining my teeth) -- substitute tea
- Use teeth whitener strips again (loved the result years ago!)
- Daily green tea (~16oz)
- Take multivitamin daily
- No tv before bed - instead guided meditation, meditation music, or even peaceful quiet
- Rotator cuff and hip abductors exercises (not really burning calories, but working on my weak zones)
- Stretching daily
- Try Jillian's detox tea/water combo
- Face cream each night
- Cutting all enriched flour products (croutons, pretzels -- I will miss you!)
Sounds good. Motivation! Refreshing myself!
