Through these weeks I've been working out 6 times a week, alternating boxing and running, I've ran my fastest 10k and been eating really well. My meals have been balanced, I've been trying to not eat late, just before sleep. I've had 2 liters of water each and every one of these days, and I've slept really good all nights. Of course I've had bad moments, example when I've been eating to big portions (even though what I'm eating is healthy to much is not good), to many nuts and so on - but I am proud of my self, and what I achieved.

I've lost almost 3kg in four weeks, just by working out regularly, eating heathy, drinking a lot of water and sleeping well. Will I loose another 3 kilos if I keep on going next month? I some how doubt that, but there is only one way to find out!
