Don't worry about anything Janine. I can't do all of the moves all the time with any of the Yoga videos I have used. It's not about doing everything perfect or feeling insecure in any way. It's all about opening up your body really. Enjoying the power of your breath and lightly stretching your body.I was recommended videos by Suzanne Deason a couple years ago to get me into beginner Yoga. They are really great. She has people in her videos that show different variations of the poses, so you can do what best suits your body.
