I got to a really good place this summer, both physically and mentally regarding weight and healthy eating. Unfortunately, life had other plans and the fall brought some loss and grief for those I love. Sometimes life hands you too much and you just have to deal the best you can, which for me meant allowing myself extra treats and accepting that I was too worn down and sad to give much to my workouts. My mood was low, my weight was high, but I'm trying to be kind to myself and accept that this is how life goes.
I am hoping that 2015 will bring much more joy, energy, and health for myself and those I love and I'm kicking it off with a Whole7 (like a Whole30 but I don't think I can make it that far-ha!)
