You can do this! Sometimes it taks losing the sugar to stabilize your own nlood sugar so you have the biochemical willpower to eat right. Start slow and be forgiving of slip-ups. Each bite is a fresh start!

I hear you on that. I feel like even a day of not watching can result in gaining 2 pounds. Yet it takes weeks to lose that much. Crazy!
