I absolutely can relate to you! Off and on since summer I've been doing the couch to 5k program. I find it to be helpful. I still don't completely consider myself a runner but I do feel it's definitely helped me. I remember the first time I tried doing Week 1 Day 1... I didn't think there was any way I could finish. Now if I were to try Week 1 Day 1 it'd be a breeze. You just have to keep trying.
