DAY 3: Today was good day, BUT I'm feeling hungry and not wanting the right things. But I'm staying focused. Tonight I'm going to Starbucks and have a Tall Skinny Vanilla Latte (hopefully this will help me with my craving). I'm really just trying to fight through my cravings. I know it will get easier but I also don't want to ignore it because I know I'll break and just bet myself up over bad decisions. That's why I'm seeing if this coffee thing will work. If it does it counts as 1 dairy and only 2 WW Points (so I would be happy with that). Hope everyone else is doing well :)
