DAY 4: WOW today started off really good. I had the best workout this week. Then the afternoon and evening came and I ate all my extra weekly points that I'm allowed on Weight Watchers. I feel that when I'm stressed I go to food!!!!!!! Nothing satisfied me at all today. BUT, I'm not going to bet myself up over it and start fresh tomorrow. I will have to stay FOCUSED for the rest of the week. I know I have it in me I just need to remind myself that I'm worth this extra effort.
