Day 1: walking inside for 20 minutes.   It is 5 degrees outside, with wind chill making it feel like -17.   So inside walking for today.   25 crunches, 25 modified "girly" pushups, 25 not so far that my knees hurt squats.   It is a start, and I know from previous attempts, that if I jump into this too fast, or injure something as I am all motivated and eager to loose right now, that it will end up hurting my overall 30 day and 6 month goals.   Lunch is over, and time for another walk down the (long) hallway, maybe another 1000 steps here at work.   Fitbit and phone pedometer fighting over who is right on the number of steps.   (grin)
