My fitbit tells me I hit 10,000 steps yesterday. I was 600 short as I was heading to bed, and had to march in place to get my goal before getting into bed. I must plan better today, since that was not an optimal time to "work out". I guess there is no time like the present, why am I typing this up, instead of getting another 10 minute walk down the hallway at work? Procratination be gone!!!

I've started using the 'far' bathroom at work - I go down two flights of stairs rather than use the one on my level. Gets my steps in in no time!
Is there any way in your lifestyle where you can add more steps? That way, you don't have to march intentionally; your goal would be reached automatically. Things I've done ever sine I got my fitness band: walked instead of driving my car, taken the stairs instead of the elevator/escalator.
I have done that too!! one day I had a dinner at my friend's house and realized that I'm never gonna reach my daily goal so, before while she was preparing the food, I started marching in place, she found me very weird and I had to explain, but we gotta do what we gotta do!! lol
