I walked 1.41 miles today (1 mile on Sunday). I love using Map My Walk on my iPhone while listening to a good book. Almost makes exercise fun... ;) I think joining dietbet will make losing weight possible for me, as I hate to waste $$. My goal is to be walking 3 miles by the end of January.
