We're here to help Kelly. It looks you were doing well a year ago. You can repeat the regimen again as a good start. Don't let change get the best of you, especially through eating food to cope. Envision yourself, not just in 2015, but a time when you will be done with college and your boyfriend will be a lot closer to you. The current situation will be temporary in the grand scheme of things, it's also best to think of the excess weight that way too: temporary to be lost over time to reveal the real you!
